Gayrimenkul Dünyası is a real estate data ingestion, normalization, and CRM platform. Built with Next.js App Router and TypeScript, it combines Playwright Stealth automated data collection pipelines with Google News XML/RSS parsers connected to Cloud Firestore. My responsibilities centered on establishing the web project foundation, building and securing the Firebase infrastructure, and handling ongoing maintenance, data moderation, and platform stability.
Designed to automatically aggregate real estate listings, sector news, and market signals, the system ingests data across heterogeneous sources. Automated collection jobs utilize Playwright Stealth for browser-based sources while pairing with structured XML/RSS parser pipelines for news feeds.
